Vegetarians might want to avert their eyes.

Ground sirloin (medium rare) + Neal's yard cheddar + shiitake mushrooms + tomato + lettuce + homemade bun

No, I didn't actually make this, but rather enjoyed it last weekend at this high-end burger joint called 25 Degrees. All they serve are burgers (and hot dogs). Oh, and onion rings and french fries. And some kind of chocolate-y dessert. It's definitely my kind of place.
