All imagination is being sucked dry trying to make my papers good.

First seen at Laurie's, then at Jen's and Penny's and various other places...

TEN random things you might not know about me:
  1. I far prefer the written word to the oral.
  2. I also like snail mail over email.
  3. Sleeping Beauty is my favourite animated Disney movie.
  4. I've grown to really like country music over the past few years.
  5. I hate overhead fluorescent lighting.
  6. I like my drinks with straws.
  7. All my life, I've wanted wavy hair. This bit of obsessive vanity is the only thing that my mother actually help me pursue in the purchase of steam rollers, sponge rollers, everything short of actually getting a perm to achieve this. But nothing took, short of a curling iron and then even then only temporarily. Then, due to a combination of sheer laziness and a great haircut, I stopped blow drying my hair a couple of months ago. And wouldn't you know it, my hair dries just wavy enough to make me happy. (Apparently, I have been blow drying my hair my entire life and have only realised this recently.) I revealed this to my mother, and she said, "Yes, your hair was always wavy." Funny, because I had thought it was actually STRAIGHT my whole life and have photographic proof.
  8. I still haven't unpacked all my boxes after moving. Damn all you random but necessary papers from years past!
  9. I have 4 calendars: a monthly wall calendar, a page-of-the-day calendar, my desk agenda, and a pocket agenda. Well, right now I have 5 since I also have an advent calendar. [edit] I have 6 if you count my palm pilot, but I don't because I only use it to play solitaire and check my email during class.
  10. I don't wear a watch.
